NSCDC caught a cleric by name Ibiam for vandalising and destroying a statue and water founting at Abacha round about in Ebonyi State on Wednesday 5th September.
The man was dressed in a good way and speaks good English.
He also claim that he God spoke to him to destroy the statues that it is develish.
Presently, he is made to face the law in court for destruction and vandalization of government property.
